Overview:
The CRM Product Owner - Salesforce & MarTech will support the evolution of Kestra Holdings' Salesforce CRM and Marketing Technology platforms by collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. This role will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to define requirements, manage product backlogs, support feature delivery, and ensure the systems effectively meet business goals.
This position sits within Kestra Holding's Digital and Technology organization and plays a critical role in delivering user-centric capabilities across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and integrated marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements for CRM (Salesforce) and MarTech platforms. Maintain a well-groomed backlog of user stories and acceptance criteria in alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives as part of the Agile development process. Support the execution of the product roadmap, focusing on incremental value delivery while ensuring cross-team alignment. Assist in delivering marketing automation capabilities, including integrations between Salesforce, and third-party tools. Monitor Salesforce and Marketing Cloud release notes to identify relevant updates, features, and optimizations. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), facilitate end-user feedback collection, and assist with training or communication of new features. Partner with the Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and QA to troubleshoot issues and support L2/L3 escalations as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Solid understanding of Salesforce core platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Experience working with Marketing Cloud features such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. Familiarity with marketing and sales tools integrated with Salesforce (e.g., data enrichment tools, form builders). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on translating business needs into technical requirements. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Marketing Cloud certifications. 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent role in a Salesforce or MarTech-focused environment. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices, including CI/CD and test automation. Exposure to A/B testing, campaign optimization, or customer journey analytics is beneficial. INTERNAL APPLICANT POLICY:
