Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is hiring to fulfill a Project Manager for a commercial construction firm based out of Batavia, OH.
Job Description:
PM's report to Production Manager in the Residential Construction Division. Responsibilities include:
managing Field Crews maintaining project schedule & budget communicating with customers coordinating material deliveries and subcontractor schedules and performance troubleshooting and punch-list for job close-out monitoring company vehicles and equipment for proper use and daily preventive maintenance
Benefits:
401(k) with $1,000 annual match medical/dental/vision 2 weeks paid vacation (stepping up after 3 years' employment)
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in construction management (will consider less experience for quality candidate) familiarity with Microsoft Office applications good communication skills (verbal and written) clean driving record passed drug screen and background check Military service a plus
