Growth Campaign Manager

Storyful is seeking a Growth Campaign Manager to build and execute marketing programs that directly fuel qualified leads, sales-pipeline growth, and revenue. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and sales and who wants to directly influence how we engage enterprise buyers ?and who is excited to use cutting-edge generative-AI and marketing-automation tooling to do it faster and smarter. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Demand Generation Design and manage integrated outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, webinars) that drive lead generation, audience engagement, and qualified pipeline.

Own account targeting, list segmentation, and audience prioritization in close partnership with sales.

Build ABM programs, outbound sequences, and multi-channel campaigns.

Develop messaging frameworks, offer strategies, and outreach structures for outbound efforts.

Operationalize GenAI in the creative process: build and continually refine prompt-libraries in

ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini

to accelerate copywriting, persona-specific value props, and A/B test variants.

Spin up low-/no-code automations (Zapier, n8n, HubSpot Workflows) that connect Storyful's data feeds, AI services, and marketing channels, reducing manual work and improving speed-to-market.

Sales Collaboration & Lead Management Partner with sales to align campaign targeting, lead scoring, and MQL hand-off processes.

Manage and optimize lead flow from inbound, outbound, and event-driven campaigns.

Maintain attribution, reporting, and pipeline tracking through HubSpot and Salesforce.

Support event follow-up, webinar conversion, and post-campaign sales-acceleration activities.

Deploy AI-powered enrichment (e.g., Clearbit + OpenAI functions) to auto-populate

firmographic/intention

signals for faster follow-up.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on asset build-out, list uploads, and platform execution.

Work with the Content Marketing Manager on outbound messaging, prospecting content, and sales-enablement materials.

Integrate Storyful's intelligence into commercial outreach.

Lead quarterly "AI enablement" workshops to upskill marketing & sales colleagues on effective prompt-writing, LLM QA, and responsible-AI practices.

Campaign Optimization & Performance Management Monitor performance data, analyze conversion metrics, and continuously optimize targeting and messaging to improve results.

Own dashboards and KPIs tied to lead volume, qualified-pipeline contribution, and sales alignment.

Use Python/SQL or Looker Studio to query LLM-generated experiments, identify winning prompts, and automate roll-outs.

Generative-AI & Automation Stewardship * Serve as Storyful's internal "prompt engineer" for growth marketingdesign, test, and version control prompts that power AI copy, image, or video generation.

* Evaluate new AI/automation vendors (LLM APIs, RAG frameworks, orchestration layers) and manage pilots, security reviews, and ROI analysis.

* Champion ethical best practices for GenAI use, ensuring brand safety, bias mitigation, and compliance with data-privacy policies.

Qualifications 2-4 years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, ABM, or sales development.

Direct experience running outbound programs and lead-gen campaigns.

Strong understanding of B2B funnels, pipeline development, and sales-marketing alignment.

Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Clay, and modern marketing-automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot Workflows, Marketo, Iterable).

Excellent written communication skills, plus demonstrated ability to craft, iterate, and document AI prompts that outperform baselines.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and optimize for results.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.

Hands-on proficiency with at least one GenAI stack (OpenAI/Anthropic API, LangChain, Hugging Face Pipelines) and familiarity with Python or JavaScript for simple automations/APIs.

Experience configuring low-code workflow tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, UiPath) to orchestrate multi-step marketing processes.

Interest in media, content marketing, audience intelligence, or communications sectors strongly preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
