Turndown Attendant: Evenings
We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team as a Turndown Attendant. The ideal candidate creates a memorable experience for our guests through their attention to detail and care they take in preparing and maintaining the guest rooms during the evening hours. This role truly is the "Heart of the House" and provides key services for our guests to truly relax and enjoy their stay. Housekeeping team members who excel in their roles have the ability of growing into supervisory or management positions such as Housekeeping Supervisors and Managers. Your Role: Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following the standards set forth in the Green Program Attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and cleaning instructions Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked Responsible care of equipment Proper utilization of equipment supplies and guest amenities Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas Practice safety standards and be aware of safety hazards, (i.e. broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons) and properly reporting as found Exercise respect for guests' property Reports to work on time and works according to posted schedule Qualifications: Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays Able to work independently and take directions from leadership and Manager on Duty Able to communicate clearly in English Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers at all times Able to kneel, bend, stoop, reach, stand, walk, twist and lift up to 25 lbs Compensation Range: $16.00/Hr. - $16.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
