Electronic Assembler
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components and systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires proficiency in various assembly techniques, including PCB assembly and surface mount technology, as well as a solid understanding of electrical wiring and logic controllers. Responsibilities: Assemble electronic components and systems according to specifications and IPC 610 standards. Utilize power tools and hand tools to fabricate and assemble parts efficiently. Perform quality checks using an ohmmeter and other testing equipment to ensure functionality. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols while working with electrical components and machinery. Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects in materials or workmanship. Qualifications: Proven experience in electronic assembly or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with PCB assembly, surface mount technology, and electrical wiring techniques is essential. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Knowledge of IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly quality is a plus. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics is advantageous.
