Accounting Clerk
Main duties include, but are not limited to: Enter POs with vendors for manufacturing supplies and non-inventory plant supplies within the ERP system. Issue POs to suppliers as necessary to achieve established inventory and service goals. Review and monitor requisitions, supply sources, supplies, quotations, and terms. Follow up with vendors on delivery dates, shortages, and all other applicable communication as directed. Upon receipt of goods, verify receivers, match, organize, and coordinate with accounts payable for payment.
