As a Machine Operator, you'll be at the heart of our production line, converting HDPE film into high-quality bags. You'll work with advanced machinery, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every product meets our standards. Your responsibilities will include: Setting up and operating bag machines and support equipment Loading film and adjusting machinery for size and performance Mounting cylinders and fine-tuning pressure, tension, and ink distribution Navigating our production management system to track jobs and input data Performing quality checks and maintaining accurate documentation Operating extrusion lines with a focus on safety and precision Monitoring materials, roll weights, and labeling for compliance What You Bring
We're looking for individuals who are: Experienced in machine operation (13 years preferredbut we'll train the right candidate!) Skilled in troubleshooting and quick problem-solving Familiar with startup/changeover procedures and extrusion processes Physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting, climbing, kneeling, and repetitive motion Why You'll Love Working Here

The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
