Summary
Reporting to the Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) Director the Team Lead, Referral Coordinator supports the overall mission of The Warren Center by effectively providing oversight and supervision of the ECI Referral Coordinators team and processes, including accurate collection and maintenance of client information and customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Oversee the coordination of Referral Coordinator team members Supervise Referral Coordinators and provide oversight Assist in ensuring team goals and metrics are accurately implemented and defined for team members Ensure customer service best practices are followed for external and internal customers Conduct orientation and training for new hires on referral and intake processes, system functions, and activities required to perform job functions Assist the ECI Director in developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures for the referral coordinator team Monitor data and provide monthly reports and updates to ECI Program Director Perform all functions of referral coordinator including entering referral information into databases, calling families and receiving incoming calls, completing intakes, maintain organized client records, process transfers, and prepare and distribute referral packets and forms Other referral coordination functions and duties as assigned by ECI Program Director
Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) Required:
Experience in customer service and reception practices Required:
Experience in computer data systems and computer applications Preferred:
Preferred bilingual in English and Spanish
