About the job CNC Machinist (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities: •Master Your Craft: Set up and operate 3-axis CNC mills and lathes to perform precision machining and produce top-quality components. •Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining results. •Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to maintain optimal performance and uptime. •Precision & Quality: Monitor and adjust machine parameters to meet strict quality standards and specifications. •Inspection: Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify finished parts meet exacting standards. •Collaboration: Work closely with team members to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and solve production challenges.

Requirements: •Experience: 3+ years as a CNC machinist with hands-on experience running 3-axis mills and lathes. Experience with Hurco machines and conversational CNC programming preferred. •Technical Skills: Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications with excellent attention to detail. •Precision Focus: Demonstrated commitment to maintaining machine settings and quality standards for flawless outputs. •Compliance Training: Must be AS9100, ISO, and ITAR trained, with a solid understanding of quality standards, documentation control, and export compliance procedures. •Team Player: Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment. •Quality Driven: Unwavering dedication to quality, ensuring every piece meets or exceeds specifications.
