The Cambridge/Somerville and Chelsea Community Service Agencies are looking to hire an Administrative Coordinator to work at our Somerville and Chelsea offices. They will be responsible for administrative support and general office work for the program. The Community Service Agencies (CSAs) serve youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and is part of the Massachusetts Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI). Our primary goal is to help families strengthen their skills and knowledge to move towards their envisioned future. About the Role Provides administrative support to assigned staff and functions. Support and assist with routine and special projects for the Somerville and Chelsea offices. Responsible for administrative support and general office work for the program with additional administrative responsibilities related to front reception. How You'll Be Making a Difference Entering family intakes into the electronic health care system. Completing weekly productivity reports and monthly data reports. Management of Family Roster/spreadsheet. Completion of satisfaction surveys with families, scheduling family appointments, and group activities. Volunteer/intern onboarding and coordination in collaboration with the Program Director. Perform special project duties and/or other tasks as assigned. Managing reception desk (Check-in for appointments, insurance verification, greeting visitors.) Administrative support and general office work throughout building Provide support to Program Directors, staff & operations manager as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Education or equivalent required. One year of administrative support experience preferred. Must be computer literate, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer, with the ability to learn new software applications. Knowledge of a second language such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole preferred but not required.
