We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Brooklyn, New York. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience during every interaction. Responsibilities: Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, providing accurate information and solutions to inquiries. Process orders efficiently and ensure accurate entry into the system. Maintain an attentive and courteous demeanor while handling customer concerns. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage both inbound and outbound calls as needed to address customer needs. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference. Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and contribute to improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions. Requirements: Proven experience in call center or customer service roles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in order entry systems and maintaining accurate records. Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with customer service best practices and standards. High level of organization and attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
