Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking two skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, working from 7 PM to 7 AM. The role involves a blend of mechanical and electrical duties, primarily focusing on maintaining blow molding equipment, conveyor lines, airveyers, and belt systems. Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical systems, including motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, valves, and bearings. Conduct electrical troubleshooting up to 480v for single and three-phase systems, including sensors, lights, and control circuits. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for maintenance and repair tasks. Engage in MIG and stick welding, along with fabrication work as needed. Carry out general building maintenance such as changing light bulbs, replacing sockets, and minor plumbing repairs. Essential Skills

Proven experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. Expertise in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics. Experience with PLC troubleshooting. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with MIG and stick welding is advantageous. Knowledge of plastics and hydraulic systems is a plus. Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.80 - $30.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
