Our clinicians come from a myriad of specialities and work collaboratively in different settings which includes community, rapid stabilization, psychiatric and residential treatment. Located throughout beautiful northeast Pennsylvania, Devereux Pocono is dedicated to empowering individuals to discover their innate strengths, talents and potential to live meaningful and productive lives. The selected candidate will: Interface with staff and the community to achieve optimum balance between service, quality, consistency, community awareness, and effective utilization of clinical resources. Provide the leadership and vision needed to deliver quality programming and treatment within Devereux standards. Work closely with other departments to ensure clinical objectives are obtained. Establish the direction of clinical staff supervision, development programs and clinical programming for the youth in care. Mentor and develop our clinical team. Keywords: Clinical Manager, Foster Care, Clinical Services, Clinical Director, Residential Treatment, Doctoral, PsyD, PhD, doctorate, psychologist, foster care, adult IDD, community, supervision, PBIS, servant leadership Qualifications: Valid Drivers License. Licensed psychologist preferred. Master's level with certification in their field of study required (e.g., LCSW, BCBA, LPC) Five years progressive responsibility in human services. Experience with differential diagnosis; training in cultural diversity and sensitivity. Experience with behavioral intervention assessment and knowledge of psychological assessments and behavioral inventories. Experience providing clinical services, supervising services and or coordinating clinical services. Strong communication and supervision skills. Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate's understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children. Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
