Warehouse Associate
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a crucial role in receiving and shipping servers for a major data center. Your computer skills will be essential for inventory management using Excel, and you will be responsible for picking and packing server orders. Responsibilities
Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers. Place server racks on the datacenter floor utilizing laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy. Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks by following provided diagrams and schematics. Install rack hardware using various hand, power, and measuring tools. Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate part numbers, quantities, and pristine material condition. Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site at the datacenter. Process return shipments of various electronic components utilizing multiple warehouse management systems. Operate various types of material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks. Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards. Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday. Essential Skills
Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel and Word. Experience in material handling, picking, packing, general labor, inventory, shipping, and receiving. Ability to operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
