We're looking for motivated individuals with recent machine operating experience to join a fast-paced, innovative team producing solar panel optimizers and inverters. What You'll Do
Operate advanced manufacturing machines in a climate-controlled electronics facility Monitor production processes and ensure machines are running efficiently Follow blueprints and technical instructions to maintain product quality Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines What You Bring
At least 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing setting (within the last 2 years) Familiarity with SMT (Surface Mount Technology) is a plus Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality Why You'll Love This Job
