We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist or License-Eligible Psychologist to join our interdisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work with patients with mental illness, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Newly licensed psychologists and recent post-doctoral graduates are encouraged to apply. Supervision is available. Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy for diverse populations Conduct psychological assessments: projective testing, intelligence testing, and neuropsychological screening Lead therapeutic groups on trauma, anger management, recovery, relapse prevention, and social skills Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, nurses, and other mental health professionals on treatment plans Provide supervision and mentorship to psychology interns and practicum students Document all services and progress notes in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Participate in treatment team meetings and program development initiatives Support discharge planning, family education, and aftercare coordination Qualifications

Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D.) in Psychology from an accredited program Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania or license-eligible (supervision provided) APA-accredited internship preferred but not required Clinical experience in mental health, behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or co-occurring disorders preferred Strong assessment, diagnostic, and psychotherapy skills Knowledge of trauma-informed care and treatment planning best practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills

Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly desirable Experience with EHR systems Familiarity with Philadelphia's behavioral health network and community resources Experience in inpatient psychiatric care, addiction treatment, or dual diagnosis programs Equal Opportunity Employer We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer
