In September, The Country Club of Virginia will proudly unveil its newly renovated, state-of-the-art James River Clubhouse. To support this highly anticipated grand reopening, CCV is seeking experienced and service-focused Servers to join its Food & Beverage operations. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a premier hospitality operation as it enters an exciting new chapter!

The Country Club of Virginia is one of America's oldest and finest private, member-owned clubs. CCV is currently ranked #7 on the Platinum Clubs of America list, out of thousands of recognized clubs. Located in Richmond, Virginia, CCV was organized in 1908 and is one of the nation's largest full-service country clubs. The club's 8,000+ members support 1,111 acres containing two superb clubhouses situated seven miles apart, 54 holes of golf, 24 tennis courts, five squash courts, three platform tennis courts, a 100,000 square foot fitness complex, five pools, five dining outlets, three snack bars, and special event venues. In season, CCV employs a staff of over 800 and has an operating budget in excess of $51 million.

Training and onboarding will begin in September
Schedule:
Part-time,Tuesday-Sunday, 3-5 shifts a week, approximately 15-25 hours per week
Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive, high-level service to members and guests in various dining outlets Accurately take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience Possess strong knowledge of menus, daily features, wine pairings, and Club standards Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to maintain efficient service flow Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organization of service areas Exhibit professionalism, efficiency, and warmth in every interaction Qualifications:
Previous serving experience in fine dining, hospitality, or private club settings strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver thoughtful service Professional appearance and demeanor Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed POS system knowledge and familiarity with wine and beverage service are a plus What the Club Offers:
