The Protg Program is a specialized training and development initiative that prepares you to become a successful Farmers Agency Owner. As a Protg, youll work under the wing of an experienced Farmers Agent, gaining firsthand experience in sales, customer service, operations, and leadership all while building your own book of business.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others
Goal-oriented and coachable with a desire to grow into leadership
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health license (we'll help you get there)
