We are currently hiring Lead Residential Carpenters in Charlotte, NC. The ideal Lead Residential Carpenter candidate is a well-round carpenter with 5 or more years experience in residential settings. Pay is $25 - $30 per hour based on experience and skill set. Lead Residential Carpenter Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate carpenter team on residential construction sites Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications Assemble, erect, and repair frameworks using wood and metal materials with precision Install flooring - hardwood, laminate, tile, to ensure proper alignment and finish Hang and finish drywall ensuring smooth paint-ready surfaces Install windows, doors, interior trim, cabinetry, and shelving according to project plans Oversee roofing and siding installation Install insulation to meet energy efficient standards and building codes Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately using powered saws, hammers, rulers, and other tools Assist in designing and modifying custom layouts to meet client needs Maintain safety protocols and ensure team compliance with OSHA standards and regulations Manage project timelines, materials, and quality control to ensure on-time completion and customer satisifaction Lead Residential Carpenter Qualifications: 5+ years of proven experience as a carpenter 3+ years experience as a lead carpenter Must have your own tools Your own reliable transportation Benefits: Weekly pay Referral program Paid time off and holiday pay Medical, dental, vision insurance 401(k)
