Counseling Works is a boutique private practice in Naperville, Frankfort, Lemont, and Shorewood, IL. We are looking for a therapist with a variety of expertise and experience, and a passion to advance their skills. The therapist will be exposed to various modalities of treatment, and will be expected to conduct diagnostic assessments to formulate DSM 5 diagnoses and complete treatment plans to support therapeutic interventions. Compensation for the role is fee per client based, and paid out twice per month. Applicants of all experience levels (from master's level, to fully licensed) are encouraged to apply! In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and take genuine enjoyment in connecting with others. The therapist will have a warm communication style, and take pleasure in interacting with other team members, or collaborating in a team setting. While the therapist will have opportunities to work autonomously, they will find support and structure in the Counseling Works team and leadership. collect payments and submit claims on your behalf Skilled intake department to answer calls, schedule intake appointments, and gather completed paperwork Clinical supervision with approved supervisor to earn hours towards licensure at no cost to you Monthly peer group case consultations Monthly in-house educational opportunities/CE events Marketing team to advertise on your behalf, including company paid Psychology Today profile, business cards, and opportunities for networking Contributions to monthly premiums for group healthcare plan Flexible scheduling of shifts (some weekends required) Flexible vacation policy, with PTO accrual opportunity 401K company matching retirement plan Paid orientation No-Show protection What we're looking for : Current State of Illinois license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, LPC, AMFT, MEd, or MA Willing to work weekends (minimum of 1 year of a weekend shift required) and evenings Prior private practice experience is a plus but not required Proficient computer skills–we use Google Docs & TherapyNotes Organized, professional, conscientious, timely and responsible.
