Policy Management: Assist clients in reviewing and managing their policies, ensuring full coverage, and adapting to changes as needed. Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty towards Samantha Ingles - Country Financial. Feedback and Reporting: Gather client feedback to improve services and report sales metrics and goals, contributing to team targets.
Requirements Licensing: Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License required. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to foster positive relationships. Customer Service: Demonstrable ability to deliver excellent customer service and meet client needs. Remote Work Skills: Proficiency in managing tasks and collaborating in a remote environment. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and insurance software. Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable demeanor with a knack for negotiating and problem-solving.
