Job Description Superlanet is seeking a Senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) to join our healthcare client's IT team in Southern California. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule and offers the chance to work in a large-scale, mission-critical enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities: Lead design, implementation, and support of Cisco ISE including TrustSec, Network Access Control (NAC), and policy enforcement. Support and manage enterprise Cisco Wireless infrastructure, including C9800 controllers. Perform wireless site surveys using Ekahau or AirMagnet software. Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise routing and switching using Cisco Catalyst 9K series switches. Monitor and analyze network traffic using Wireshark and other network management tools (e.g., SolarWinds). Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for critical network support. Collaborate with other infrastructure and security teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable network performance. Utilize Cisco DNA Center (Catalyst Center) for wireless management and optimization. Contribute to network architecture planning, documentation, and operational excellence. Potential to take on team leadership or management responsibilities. Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer in large-scale enterprise environments (5,000-20,000+ users). Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ISE, including TrustSec, NAC, and policy configuration. Proficiency with Cisco Wireless solutions and controller-based wireless infrastructure. In-depth knowledge of enterprise switching/routing (Catalyst 9K, VLANs, STP, etc.). Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, including Wireshark and SolarWinds (or similar). Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Exposure to or experience supporting 24x7x365 operations. Preferred Qualifications: Cisco certifications such as CCNP (Security or Enterprise), Cisco Wireless, or CCIE. Experience using Cisco DNA Center for network automation and wireless management. Familiarity with wireless site survey tools such as Ekahau or AirMagnet. Prior experience in a team lead or network management role.

Salary based on experience. $130,000 - $140,000
