Job Title: Retail Sales Associate – 18+ Who we are: At Ultimate Vapor, we're all about bringing the Ultimate vaping experience with a big dose of awesome service. Back in 2013, we started as a small spot in Bonne Terre, MO, but boy, have we grown! Now, we're your go-to destination for all things vaping. Our new home base? Desloge, MO along with 13 other locations - a testament to our growth and ambition. What’s our secret sauce? It’s our obsession with top-notch customer service and staying ahead of the curve. Plus, being 100% veteran-owned, we offer special discounts to military, first responders, and department of corrections personnel. So, if you're ready to be part of a team that's shaking up the vaping game, we'd love to have you join us as a retail sales associate! What we’re looking for: We're seeking upbeat individuals with great vibes who are eager to learn and grow with us in a retail associate role. What you’ll do: Show up on time and be ready to provide outstanding customer service
Sell, upsell, and promote our products with enthusiasm
Become an expert on our products and share your passion with customers
Build relationships with regulars and help grow our vaping family!
Follow company policies and procedures and work collaboratively with your team
Maintain a tidy store, process transactions accurately, and assist customers with their shopping needs
Stay informed about industry trends and new products
Manage inventory and ensure shelves are stocked and organized
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old
Knowledge of vape products is a PLUS but not required (We’ll teach you everything if you’re willing to learn. Plus, there’s paid sales and customer service training!)
Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred
Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are essential
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Pay: $13.75 - $16 / hour (plus tips!) Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available
Paid Time Off begins after 90 days

Job Type: Full-Time only, 38+ hours per week Locations: Arnold, Valley Park, Crystal City, Festus Store hours and schedule:
(You will be scheduled 5 days per week between the following hours) Weekdays: 11am–7pm
Saturdays: 10am–8pm
Sundays: 12pm–4pm
