Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-home consultations : assess comfort issues, equipment, and ductwork; discuss options and financing. Design & present solutions : create clear, accurate proposals including good/better/best options. Close and follow through : secure agreements, collect deposits, and ensure a clean handoff to install team. Own your pipeline : update CRM, follow up on open quotes, and maintain a steady close rate. Deliver a 5-star experience : ask for reviews, set expectations, and resolve concerns promptly. Partner with the team : communicate with dispatch/office, coordinate site checks, and verify materials/scope.
Qualifications:
2+ years of outside or in-home sales (HVAC/home services preferred, not required). Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills; polished, professional presence. Self-managed and organized with reliable follow-up and time management. Comfortable working some evenings/weekends to meet customer scheduling needs. Valid drivers license and insurable driving record; ability to access attics/basements and lift up to ~20 lbs. Tech-savvy with CRM/estimating tools; willing to learn our systems.
