Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager: Project Planning & Coordination : Develop and maintain detailed project schedules. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Client Communication : Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the company, managing expectations and addressing concerns. Subcontractor & Team Leadership : Direct and manage trades and labor with respect and accountability. Material Take-offs & Budget Management : Conduct material take-offs, obtain quotes, and track project budgets. Problem Solving : Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues to prevent delays. Quality Control : Ensure all work complies with company standards and local building codes. Safety & Cleanliness : Maintain a safe and clean worksite environment daily. Minor Labor Tasks : Occasionally assist with light demolition, MEP, carpentry, punch work, material unloading, and clean-up. Tools & Software: Proficiency with

5 years of experience

in residential remodeling or construction Strong knowledge of home additions, interior renovations, and custom remodeling Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read construction plans and manage job costing Hands-on experience is a plus—must be comfortable jumping in where needed Highly organized and capable of planning and managing multiple projects at once Professional and courteous demeanor
