Overview: Responsible for assisting and coordinating all inbound and outbound shipping activities. This role also provides support in warehouse management, inventory control, and operational coordination as needed to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Review shipping schedules, orders, and related records to determine shipping priorities and methods that meet sales order schedules and customer carrier requirements.
Prepare required shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists, customs clearance paperwork).
Pull and process wholesale and retail invoices.
Pack and ship wholesale and retail orders from the warehouse.
Deliver retail packages to post offices and other shipping carriers as needed.
Coordinate shipments from offsite warehouses and 3rd-party vendors.
Load and unload trucks for deliveries and pickups.
Attach correct documentation to cartons, packages, and pallets.
Record invoices and shipment details into eCommerce software.
Perform inventory management of products and components on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Maintain and update inventory management software; test updates and report issues to the tech team.
Log and distribute incoming packages to appropriate recipients.
Process and apply all required shipping labels and documentation.
Oversee FedEx and USPS delivery systems for outbound shipments.
Assist in managing and distributing inventory and shipping reports.
Order shipping supplies and source the best prices for supplies and services.
Manage miscellaneous storage and warehousing as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Commitment to and promotion of the company’s

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Magento, and related software platforms.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Physically able to lift 20 lbs. or more.
Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions (hot/cold environments).
