Job Description POSITION – FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR RATE OF PAY - $20.00 - $22.00 EMPLOYEE CATEGORY - FULL TIME
ABOUT OUR ROLE The Front Desk Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, supervising the front desk staff, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel ABOUT OUR VALUES We believe in GETMY Best – Guide, Excellence, Together, Magic, and Yes ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to all guests.
Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and payments.
Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a front office or hotel supervisory role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership abilities with proven team supervision experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems
Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting
Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish
Certification in hotel management or a related field
Core Competencies Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to follow instructions with thorough follow-up
Ability to understand and convey both oral and written communications clearly
Strong attention to detail, sound reasoning, and effective
multitasking/prioritization

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to remain upright and able to continuously move on a firm surface for an 8–10-hour shift.
Must be able to move at least 20 pounds up to 5 feet high without another person's aid.
Must be able to assist guests with luggage and set up event rooms.
