Responsibilities Learn and apply sales techniques to connect with potential clients Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Provide excellent customer service and policy support Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks Collaborate with team members and management for continuous development
Requirements Strong ambition, self-discipline, and a desire to grow Must be coachable and open to structured training and feedback
Sales, leadership, or customer-facing experience preferred (but not required)
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (any language)
Must be willing to obtain an Illinois Property & Casualty license
We cover the cost of the licensing class ($299 value)
Candidate is responsible for exam/license fees reimbursed after 6 months
