At McGrath Kia, we believe in a low-pressure sales environment where our customers feel valued and respected. We provide extensive training, both in-house and through our manufacturers, so you can confidently present and sell KIA and Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. What You’ll Do: Welcome Customers:
Greet customers with warmth and assist them throughout their visit. Provide Expertise:
Answer questions about our vehicles and the financing process. Facilitate Test Drives:
Help customers experience the vehicles they’re interested in, explaining key features and benefits. Guide Financing Options:
Assist customers in navigating their financing and purchase choices based on their individual needs. Encourage Informed Decisions:
Persuade customers to make purchases they feel good about, ensuring satisfaction with their choices. Maintain Vehicle Presentation:
Ensure our display vehicles are clean and well-maintained, creating an inviting environment. What We Offer: Our sales consultants typically earn between $50k to $100k per year, with top performers earning $100k+ per year Comprehensive life, medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation days for work-life balance Who We’re Looking For: Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Eagerness to learn and grow A competitive spirit and passion for sales Bilingual abilities are an advantage Must be available for full-time work KIA experience is a plus, but not required Commitment to Diversity:
