Pay Rate: Rate may vary due to local or non-local contracted rates: $65-$70/hrcombined Rate of pay. (
Pay packages are a combination of taxable hourly rates, tax free allowances for travel, housing, and meal allowances) ( Rates are subject to change via client need) ·

Assessing patients: NICU nurses evaluate patients' conditions, take vital signs, and document symptoms and medical histories Administering treatments: NICU nurses provide treatments to help patients recover and prevent infection, such as administering medications, setting up IVs, and performing diagnostic tests Monitoring patients: NICU nurses monitor patients' fluid intake and output, and watch for changes in their condition Responding to emergencies: NICU nurses respond to medical emergencies and call doctors when needed Collaborating with the care team: NICU nurses work with doctors, specialists, and other medical professionals to create and implement care plans Educating patients and families: NICU nurses provide information and support to patients and their families Managing wounds: NICU nurses treat wounds and help bedridden patients change positions to prevent sores Maintaining records: NICU nurses maintain detailed patient records and manage reports
