HOA Regional Account Executive – First Century Bank, N.A. First Century Bank, N.A. is a small, community bank headquartered in Commerce, Georgia but we are far from a traditional community bank. First Century Bank has been serving the community association industry for over 25 years providing banking solutions to the industry. In this role, we apply that same innovative mindset to serving Homeowners Association (HOA) clients nationwide. Our HOA-focused banking services help management companies and community associations access funding, simplify operations, and manage their finances with confidence. This Role is Right for you if you Have: A Bachelor's Degree and at 5 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of both education and experience. Proven success in sales. Detail-oriented, organized and creative problem solver. Familiarity with portfolio management and obtaining new business Experience with Salesforce is a plus. What you will do: Proactively solicit new depository and lending relationships, focusing on
community association management companies and their community associations. Build a network through targeted outreach and participation in industry events and trade shows. Keep open communications with industry resources to be informed of new, in-market -banking opportunities. Gather required information from Community Association Management Company or Community Association requesting loans from the Bank. Serve as the client's primary point of contact throughout the loan life cycle. Guide HOA clients through:
Prequalification, eligibility checks and Term Sheet presentation Full loan package collection Evaluation of policy fit against Bank's HOA lending criteria Coordination with underwriting, legal counsel, and internal teams from approval to closing and full funding.
Maintain on-going and detailed knowledge of current FCB policies, procedures, and changes for HOA lending consistent with State and Federal Regulations. Portfolio Management: Regularly review portfolio and ensure appropriate maintenance of the relationship and servicing of existing deposit and loan portfolio. This would include regular contact with customers, deposit and loan growth, periodic site inspections for current funding loans, obtaining documentation, and portfolio servicing Assist with annual collection of loan covenant documentation. Ongoing Loan Monitoring Work with Credit team to proactively monitor for red flags, such as rising delinquencies or budget issues that may impact repayment and the financial health of the association during the life of the loan Deposit Relationship Support Support deposit growth through client acquisition for operating and reserve accounts from community association management firms or self-managed associations. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (New Accounts, Compliance, ACH) to gather documentation and facilitate seamless onboarding. Once accounts are opened, transition servicing responsibilities to the Customer Service teams. Conduct quarterly check-ins with clients to identify cross-sell opportunities or uncover potential issues. Performs such other duties as may be assigned or which inherently or logically belong with the position.
