EB Pediatric Resources is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise both center-based and home-based ABA services. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed
Supervise and mentor RBTs and support high-quality service delivery
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers
Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
Ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure
13 years of ABA experience (preferred)
Experience supervising RBTs and leading clinical teams
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and client-centered care
