Perform repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial exteriors Address common installation issues with roofing, siding, and gutters Ensure projects meet Aspen’s quality standards and safety guidelines Represent Aspen with professionalism and a clean, friendly appearance
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1+ year of experience in construction, roofing, or maintenance Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs Reliable truck or SUV for transporting materials (Some locations offer company vehicles; if using your own, gas and oil change reimbursement is provided) Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Strong physical stamina and ability to lift materials High school diploma or equivalent Basic carpentry and handyman skills Dependable, organized, and committed to customer satisfaction
