FLSA: Non-Exempt REPORTS TO: Manager, Activations
WHO WE ARE Spinnaker Resorts develops, markets and provides property management for 12 resorts that offer different experiences, as each location has unique topography and local flavor. The Activator is responsible for making and receiving customer calls who have purchased a package with Spinnaker. The Activator is tasked with influencing the customer’s travel dates to align with the needs and availability of the resorts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound calls to customers to book date of travel for getaway package Maintain a minimum number of bookings as determined by management Participate in training as required Represent the company in a Positive and Professional manner Perform other related duties & special projects as requested
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to speak clearly and effectively Positive and friendly attitude Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations Good customer service skills Must be computer literate
OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts and or the timeshare industry Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales or Telemarketing
