Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct outside sales

Manage commercial roofing projects from sale to completion

Serve as the clients main point of contact throughout the claims and roofing process

Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and crews to meet project timelines and standards

Oversee budgets, documentation, and collections

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing sales or project management (residential is a plus)

Strong track record of sales success in a team-oriented environment

Great communication skills; comfortable with basic tech tools

Valid drivers license

Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders/roofs as needed
