This is a hybrid position based in uptown Charlotte. The right candidate will bring deep Exchange expertise, experience with enterprise-level M365 environments, and hands-on knowledge of Proofpoint and Intune. You'll play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and evolving the email and messaging infrastructure of a global organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support a hybrid Exchange 2016/2019/Online environment Lead or contribute to email migrations and account transitions across the enterprise Maintain operational health of M365 services , including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and MS Defender Support and enhance Proofpoint email security configurations Oversee Intune deployment and management for Mac and iOS endpoints, including post-Airwatch migration support Collaborate with global IT and security teams to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance Provide end-user guidance and training on Outlook, Teams, and other M365 workloads Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Exchange environments , including migrations Strong knowledge of M365 architecture, security, and service integration Experience with Proofpoint or similar enterprise email security platforms Proficiency in managing Intune (esp.
