Position Summary: The Vice President & General Manager of Fluid Handling will lead the product management and commercial strategy for the Company’s Fluid Handling business, driving revenue growth and profitability through a well-balanced and competitive product portfolio. This role will oversee product roadmaps, development, marketing, rationalization and channel strategies while collaborating with Operations &

Quality/Regulatory.

Additionally, the VP, GM will spearhead M&A ideation and integration to expand market opportunities and enhance product offerings.

Key Responsibilities: Drive global revenue, margin, and growth targets

by developing and executing strategic plans for product development, market expansion and commercial execution. Lead and develop the team,

ensuring appropriate resourcing and talent development across the Fluid Handling division. Drive revenue growth

through commercial plans, including product line strategy, vision, product marketing, new product introductions (NPI), brand management, pricing and forecasting. Optimize product sourcing and development

by implementing programs for internal development, contract manufacturing, licensing and supplier partnerships to enhance profitability. Lead forecasting and annual planning,

ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities. Analyze sales trends and market performance,

adjusting strategies to maximize growth and competitiveness. Alongside the Company’s corporate Pricing team, develop and implement global pricing strategies

by channel to optimize margins and competitive positioning. Build and refine channel strategies,

collaborating with Sales Operations to enhance selling tools, training and go-to-market effectiveness. Conduct competitive analysis,

maintaining insights into pricing, product positioning, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions. Engage directly with customers, suppliers and industry partners

to stay ahead of market trends and customer needs (~30-50% of the time in the field with sales reps and/or strategic partners). Develop and execute go-to-market roadmaps

for new products, ensuring strong market adoption and revenue impact. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science or engineering related area or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience: Requires 15 years of progressive experience in with a combination of sales, product management, product development, marketing and sourcing roles.

Qualifications: Experience in establishing effective product development methodologies and processes. Possess a high level of initiative and creativity with the ability to work with little supervision. Willing to take calculated risks and when risk does not pan out, must be able to learn from mistakes. Strong organizational skills to merge multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines related to various task and initiatives, organize own work. Must be flexible to address immediate priorities and still manage deadlines with longer-term projects and strategic initiatives. Must possess strong negotiation skills to independently negotiate and manage a relationship with external

suppliers/management

level partners, representing the Company’s interests. Proficient in standard computer applications, with excellent skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Access. Must be able to obtain, manipulate and analyze data and effectively compile them and present them into reports or presentations. Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, efficiently works under pressure, within deadlines or other essential time constraints. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate to all levels of the organization. Strong work ethic and an ability to excel within a rapidly changing and growing organization. 30-50% travel required.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $200k-250k, depending on experience and qualifications. Eligible to participate in the Company’s equity plan Annual-Incentive Plan (AIP): 40% Benefits coverage begins day 1, including the following:
