Front Office / Treatment Coordinator

As our Front Office / Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the face and voice of our practice—greeting patients, coordinating care, and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from the front desk to the treatment room. This dynamic role requires a personable and proactive individual who can balance administrative responsibilities with occasional clinical support when needed. Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and check in patients, building rapport and trust from the very first interaction. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule efficiently Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with billing inquiries Confidently present and explain treatment plans, financial options, and insurance breakdowns to patients Confirm appointments and optimize the schedule based on practice flow Assist with day-to-day operational tasks including lab case check-ins, perio charting, or room turnover when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment Support the clinical team in limited circumstances (e.g., light assisting when short-staffed or during emergencies) What We’re Looking For
A warm, professional communicator with
outstanding interpersonal skills Friendly, confident, and compassionate
, especially with patients who may be anxious Highly organized and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment Previous dental office experience is strongly preferred Familiarity with
dental insurance
and treatment plan presentation is a big plus Prior experience as a dental assistant is a bonus Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a small team Our Benefits
