Owl Bakery in Asheville, NC is looking for part time employees to expand our front of house team! We are located at 197 Charlotte St & 295 Haywood Rd. We are looking for team members who can be flexible about working at each location. Our ideal candidates are self-driven, punctual, and reliable. Role & Responsibilities Prepare beverages in accordance with customer needs Maintain a clean and tidy work area Follow health and safety guidelines Comfortable engaging with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications Proven working experience as a barista strongly preferred Strong sense of urgency De-escalation & Conflict resolution skills High integrity with a great attendance record Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively Ability to receive & respond to feedback Reliable transportation We are looking forward to reading your application! :-)
