EFS is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant (EA) who provides high-level administrative support to an executive or senior management team, managing schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.They act as a strategic partner, often handling confidential information, coordinating projects, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Communication Management:
Handling correspondence, screening calls, and managing email inboxes. Document Preparation:
Creating presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. Project Support:
Assisting with special projects, research, and data analysis. Expense Management:
Tracking and managing expenses, and preparing expense reports. Liaison:
Serving as a point of contact between the executive and other stakeholders. Office Management:
Ordering supplies, maintaining files, and managing other administrative tasks. Essential Skills:
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records. Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders. Confidentiality:
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Problem-Solving:
