Responsibilities Manage and develop long-term relationships with commercial clients.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Develop tailored solutions to meet clients’ business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and resolve any issues.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations for management on client performance and opportunities.
Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in account management, business development, or commercial relationship management.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
