POSITION SUMMARY: The Arcade & Family Entertainment Team Member will facilitate the use, maintenance, and cleanliness of all entertainment equipment as well as provide an excellent customer experience at Wintrust Sports Complex. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Knowledge and/or willingness to learn and operate arcade, e-sports and family entertainment Assist with cleanliness and maintenance of arcade games, kiosks, and POS Oversee the use of entertainment equipment Monitor inventory levels in games Understand the safe and proper use of entertainment equipment Assist with event set-up and break down as needed Maintain a safe and clean work environment Provide courteous and friendly first-in-class service to all guests Be knowledgeable about the facility (practices, events, meeting dates/times) Know and enforce the venue policies and procedures Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as assigned All additional duties assigned by management MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Flexible work schedule (e.g. nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) Must be a team player Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain focus in a high volume, fast paced environment Must have excellent guest service skills AC/DC electronic experience required Able to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics Ability to multi-task, prioritize and remain calm and focused in difficult and stress full situations Must be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders and fellow team members Commitment to the safety and well-being of others Proficient in the use of computers and associated hardware Be self-motivated but still be able to follow directions from others Be well organized and able to multi-task Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner Customer service and cash handling experience preferred or quick study WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Working environment is fast paced May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and squat, stoop or bend Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Will be required to operate a computer, POS system and kiosk Facility has intermittent noise
