This is a
hybrid role
requiring both remote administrative work and regular travel to job sites. Project Managers are expected to be on-site as needed to oversee field operations, conduct inspections, and manage deployment activities. Candidates must be flexible, field-ready, and committed to maintaining strong oversight of both in-office and on-site project execution.

identify and mitigate risks, Escalate major issues and document thoroughly Safety & Quality OversightEnforce safety protocols and QA standards, Address field issues
promptlyDocumentation
& ComplianceMaintain up-to-date project records (ISO-compliant) Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in telecom, fiber, or underground utility construction
In-depth knowledge of HDD, OSP, ISP, plowing, and trenching
Proven financial acumen and leadership experience
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Experience leading teams in dynamic, field-based environments
