Job Description: Thomas KIA of Highland is seeking a skilled and motivated
Service Technician
to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing KIA vehicles while delivering top-tier service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine automotive maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and engine tune-ups. Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear recommendations for additional services or repairs. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment while adhering to dealership and manufacturer standards. Work both independently and collaboratively to meet service deadlines without compromising quality.
Requirements: Previous experience working with Hyundai and KIA vehicles. Strong diagnostic abilities and a solid understanding of automotive systems and repairs. Proficiency with computerized diagnostic equipment and modern vehicle technology. Ability to use a wide range of automotive tools and equipment. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
