Net new position Top Daily Responsibilities: Perform routine System Engineering tasks in support of Cerner Millennium and other Lab applications Incident support System Monitoring Skills a Top Candidate Should Have: Unix/AIX Wintel Skills Citrix Desired Skills: Understanding of Cerner Applications Remedy Monitoring, Maintaining, and Troubleshooting Systems Soft Skills: Verbal and Written Communications Excellent organizational skills Ability to manage a conference bridge Custom Job Description:
Completes work assignments and supports business-specific projects by applying expertise in subject area; supporting the development of work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines; collaborating cross-functionally to make effective business decisions; solving complex problems; escalating high priority issues or risks, as appropriate; and recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities. Provides first and second level support for Cerner Millennium and other Lab system domains by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents to minimize system issues.
