Join our Service Center Operations Team as a

Repair Technician

in Chicago, IL! We are looking for hard-working individuals to provide on-going maintenance and repairs on our unique AirCargo containers.

We have an opportunity for second shift operations. Second shift schedule is M-F, 3:30 PM - midnight. Overtime hours as needed.

What You'll Be Doing

:

Receive, inspect, and release CSafe refrigerated air cargo containers. Repair or replace defective equipment parts and reassemble equipment. Perform routine preventative maintenance and service on CSafe refrigerated air cargo containers. Perform

testing/troubleshooting

of CSafe refrigerated air cargo containers. Operate hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and electrical testing devices. Clean inside and outside of containers. Prepare outgoing containers for shipment. Understand and follow procedures within maintenance documents. Loading and unloading of trucks with forklifts Ensure accurate and timely completion of work orders. Maintain repair facility in a clean, safe, and operational condition. Follow STOP safety procedures. Demonstrate and maintain lean (5S) principles. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

:

High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years practical, hands-on aviation maintenance, electrical, or HVAC related experience preferred Repairmen/FAA certification experience, preferred Forklift operating experience, preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Basic electrical aptitude Basic knowledge of maintenance manuals Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft office, internet, email, etc.) Read, speak, and understand the English language. Must possess analytical and critical thinking skills. Must demonstrate organizational skills and exercise attention

to detail. Ability to shift priorities while meeting turnaround time. Must be able to work well as a team and independently. Must be safety oriented
