www.precisionresource.com/careers/ Summary The Tool and Die positions will maintain production tooling to support 100% on-time customer delivery performance. The successful candidate will be committed to the highest level of integrity, trust, responsibility and bring a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations. Essential Duties

Analysis and repair of tools to ensure quality and productivity expectations for new and existing parts run on large conventional presses and other production machines. Manufacture spare components and perform die maintenance of tool to standards set out in electronically maintained tool timing records and tool designs. Complete electronic record of tool maintenance performed by part and job number. Develop preventive and predictive tool maintenance schedules based upon analysis of tool performance to achieve improved production volumes. Review “last piece” inspection records and make necessary improvements. Ensure documentation and records are maintained. Qualifications

Graduation from high school or receipt of equivalent degree (GED), plus at least 1 year apprenticeship or schooling in Tool and Die, or equivalent work experience. Basic knowledge of tool and die manufacturing methods, techniques, and related equipment. Willingness and ability to learn and run various machine tools and equipment efficiently across our toolroom, both manual and CNC, to complete assignments. Knowledge of English and Metric systems of measurement. Outstanding quality and attention to detail to achieve for high-precision requirements. Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations. Basic computer skills. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and continuously improve performance. Must be able to work independently but also collaborate and communicate well with others. Applies self-motivation to achieve goals starting at $25-$35 hourly plus bonus potential and annual pay increases. Second shift positions earn 10% per hour of base hourly rate.
