Job Description Salary: The Welder position is a vital member of the Manufacturing Team contributing to our safety culture, providing high productivity, high quality welds, flexibility in assignments, and supporting continuous improvement in the following capacities:

Responsibilities include: Perform FCAW (Fluxcore) and Tig welds on a variety of thicknesses, sizes, and orientations of equipment Read and interpret engineered drawings and job travelers Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements Use basic hand tools such as tape measure, level, square, etc. Follow established safety and quality policies, procedures, and practices Safely use overhead crane and lifting equipment Maintain and complete all required documentation and electronic records

Required Qualifications Pass the GTAW vertical test, FCAW vertical test Positive mindset with high energy and ability to self-manage Flexible work hours (standard shift 5:00 3:30, M-Th. Friday and Saturday OT as required) Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Desired Experience and Skills Knowledge of fabrication processes such as bending, punching, welding, etc Read tape measure Perform mathematical calculations required for fabrication Understand and comfortable adding and subtracting fractions and decimals Basic tool and shop knowledge

The position you have applied for requires a 3F plate test. A 3F test is a Vertical uphill fillet weld test on 1/4 stainless steel. The welder will be given 2 hours to complete the exam. 1 hour of which is given to practice and get comfortable with our equipment. The following 1 hour will be given for the welder to fit and weld the plates together.

The welder will be required to produce a fillet weld, that is acceptable per D1.6 visual standards and pass an in-house bend test.
