What Youll Do: Assess new clients using tools like VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, SRS-2, and ABLLS-R. Develop individualized treatment programs and adjust as needed. Maintain a manageable caseload with 1520% supervision. Mentor and train RBTs, supporting them in their growth and success. Provide 510% supervision of RBT hours. Collaborate with parents, SLPs, and other professionals to ensure collaboration of care. Participate in bi-weekly team check-ins and monthly all-staff training sessions. Submit documentation (session notes, evaluations, progress reports) like a pro.

What Youll Bring: Board Certification through the BACB (or an exam test date in sight!). A passion for working with children with special needs. Top-notch verbal and written communication skills. A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn.
