The Human Resources Business Partner will be pivotal in recruiting, developing, and retaining talent to support our business growth. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role involves partnering with division leaders and directly working with managers and employees to foster a positive work environment and develop talent. Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations and support HR programs to enhance employee experience. Analyze HR metrics and assist in developing employee processes. Proactively plan for future workforce needs in collaboration with leadership. Qualifications
5+ years of HR experience with increasing responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree in a related field; HR certification preferred. Experience with acquisitions and cultural integration is a plus. Strong communication, judgment, and project management skills. Additional Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems. Excellent reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Work Environment
Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and operating in various environments, including potentially noisy or hazardous conditions. Equal Opportunity Employer
